• A Fraction of the Party!

  My students are using the confetti pocket charts to differentiate their high frequency words. They enjoy how the different colors in the confetti are incorporated in their tiers.

  My students reacted by stating, "It's like a party!" We have enjoyed celebrating their work with the confetti theme. They love that their writing work has been posted on out bulletin boards with the confetti sheets. I watch how they smile when they see that their work is posted.

  The next steps are to keep the party going celebrating their work with the confetti theme.”

• Having Fun With Math

  I'm using the new resources to teach math to my class. My students are able to use the math place value cards to determine the exact place value of each number. When I model writing the numbers from right to left on the place value cards, my students are able to identify the place value of numbers easier and teach the strategy to their peers.

  When my students first saw the materials, they stated, "I love playing dominoes!" The math dominoes have been a great way to check for my students' understanding of math operations while they are having fun.

  The next steps for my students are to utilize the math dominoes and money bags games more in small groups.”

• Ready, Set, Glow!

  The teachers pay teachers' gift card has allowed me to obtain reading log sheets that students are able to complete on paper and in their google classrooms. They were also able to complete Halloween themed math sheets to reinforce their knowledge of rounding.

  The most exciting thing about the products for my students is that they are able to celebrate holidays with math themed worksheets.

  My students have warmed to the idea of having options to complete their assignments on google drive with their parents at home.”

• A 4th Grade Masterpiece

  My students are enjoying personalizing their work with the variety of colors that they acquired from their dry erase markers, sharpie markers, and crayons.

  When my students first saw their materials, they stated, " We love the colors!" My students enjoyed writing their names on their name tags with bright colors and filling out their math place cards using a variety of colors. It's amazing to see how colorful options can brighten up a math lesson. We are truly grateful for your contributions.

  The next steps are for my students to use their markers on their whiteboards to display multiple math strategies.”

• First Class Seats!

  Me and my students are using the flexible seats for small group reading. They enjoy the comfortable option of sitting on the floor without getting dirty.

  My students reacted by smiling and giggling. Their former teacher had the same style seating in their previous class, so they enjoyed that I was able to bring the same comfort to our classroom.

  The next steps for my students are to utilize these flexible seats in math and writing small groups with the use of clipboards. These seats have assisted them with acquiring a first class seat to learning.”

• Inviting Library

  Me and my students are using the new resources to store our library books. They are alphabetized to help students identify the correct reading leveled books to match their reading levels. The multi storage baskets are brightly colored which assists them in finding their levels even faster.

  When my students first saw the materials, they were pleasantly surprised. They stated that the multi storage baskets were nice and bright. I responded by saying just like them. My students smiled to display their happiness.

  My next steps for my students on this classroom project is to maintain them so that my current and future classes will be able to enjoy these multi storage baskets for a long period of time.”
