On behalf of my students I wold like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for funding our project. Being an educator goes way beyond just teaching. It's also caring for the well being of your students. If a child is hungry they can't perform well just like you and I. Your generosity will help be give my students a recharged they need to get them through the rest of the day since they eat lunch at 10:30. I can't wait to show them what you have done.”
Thank you for funding my We're Here project. The purpose for this project was to provide books for my students who do not understand English as well as my other students. The books that we received allows them to be able to embrace the classroom library. That can sit, read, and understand what they are reading. The characters in the books helped them see themselves in a different perspective.
The library is no longer a center that they avoid. I practically have to run them out when there time is up. My other students loves the books also. With some of the books I have a English version and a Spanish version, the students compare the stories.”

I want to thank you for funding my project New Beginnings. This year is off to a great start. My students are enjoying the new school now since they have learned how to navigate through it. They are enjoying the lapboards that you provided them with through the project. The smiling face erasers have them eager to show their work during carpet time.
The pop tarts and cereal bar ensures them that if they miss breakfast that do not have to be hungry until lunch. The other snacks provided are used as incentives so they work hard to earn them. My students and I really want you to know you are appreciated.”
I thank you for the support you gave to me and my students by funding my project. Being an educator in a poverty area sometimes can be very challenging. Thanks to kindhearted and generous donors like you the burden was lifted. I didn't have to buy essential supplies out of my own pockets. The paper, crayons, markers, glue sticks and etc.really helped my students to create some of the best projects I ever displayed. The laminating pouches help me to preserve charts and labels for their interactive notbooks.”

I apologize for not sending a thank you before now but throughout the school year I had to endure some major losses. I want to thank you for funding my project High-quality H2O. Thanks to your generous donations my students had clean and safe water to drink whenever they became thirsty. I was even able to send them home with a few bottles for the weekend. Clean and safe drinking water may seem like something of the norm but for those of us that live in Jackson MS safe drinking water is rare. Our water system parts are old and the pipes running throughout the city are old; therefore we experience water main breaks often and when they are prepared the city or a area is put on a boil water notice until the water is safe again. I thank you for providing us with safe and clean drinking water.”

You have really been our village this school year. You have supported me by allowing me to be my students strength in their weakest and most vulnerable moments. When they were attending school for 11 hours a day due to our afterschool program, they got pretty hungry. You funded my project Feed the Beast so I could provide the with healthy snacks to tie them over until they got home. I was also able to share some of the snacks with some of the other after school students in other classes. My students and I are very grateful for all your acts of kindness shown to us. May God bless you today and always.”
I would like to thank you for the books that were donated to our class. My students were so excited when they opened the box. They wanted to read them right away. I think "Tales of the Fourth Grade Nothing" is going to be a hit. The boys can't wait to read "The Boy who Lost His Face". I will be using "The Day I Flunked My Field Trip" as a class discussion text. I have even found other resources I can use along with this book. Reading is very important in ELA and I am so greatful to you for giving my students interesting books to read.”

Thank you for funding our Bare Necessities project. You would not begin to believe just how much simple supplies like paper, pencils, markers, glue, and etc. has made a difference in my class. My students were so excited to have their own set of supplies. They can really bring their projects to life now. I have found out that I have some future artists in the making. Our room is filled with color. The projects that they create hangs in the hallway. Thanks to you I am able to preserve them with the laminating sheets you all provided me with. My students and I are truly grateful for all you have done.”

My students and would like to say thank you for funding our Rumbling Tummy project. They were so excited when the boxes arrived. They couldn't believe that they really got everything they asked for. Because of you generosity I am able to provide a small breakfast for my students who may have missed breakfast. They do not have to worry about their stomach growing while trying to complete assignments. I am also able to give them a snack before they go home in the evenings. Your kindness towards us is really appreciated. Thank you so much.”
