Reading Group Sensory Materials

I want to take this time to thank you again for your generous donation to my classroom. We have been having so much fun learning and using the resources donated to us. Our favorite has been the sand and sand trays for helping us practice writing our letters. It has been really great for our kinesthetic learners who need that extra sensory practice. Another big hit has been the Tap & Write CVC cards. The students love using dry erase markers to complete the words. Being able to be hands on while learning about letters and sounds has helped us to excel and get ready for reading!

The students were so happy to have these materials and activities. They love going to their center and using all the manipulative materials. They love the different colors of sand while practicing their writing. It has really helped them to stay engaged in the lessons. Thank you again.”
