Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom! Before we had the rug, my students were sitting on the cold tile floor. They would always complain about how uncomfortable they were and would want to sit in their seats. I wanted them to be able to have a comfortable learning spot on the floor so that they could move their bodies between lessons. The theme of the rug matches perfectly with our classroom theme. The students loved seeing our fish tank have new decorations they were thrilled to assist me in putting in the materials.”

Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom! These materials have made a world of difference in the classroom. The curtains have softened the light coming in from outside. They have also allowed us to keep the blinds open at all times. The light covers are amazing! As soon as I put them up the kids were in awe of the greenish color it gave to the entire classroom. I love that it mutes the harsh fluorescent lighting. I use the essential oils every day. There is a diffuser that sits in our library area and it allows for a very calming area.”

Thank you so much for contributing to my project. It allowed me to purchase a new theme from Teachers Pay Teachers. I changed grades this year from first to third. My previous theme was too juvenile for this older group of students. This new, more mature theme is much more appropriate for my third graders. They loved the calming feeling of the greenery. We have made everything from nametags to a flip calendar and even labels for their chair pockets and supply bins. This support has allowed me to have funds for other important things.”

My students have loved using all of the materials to get us started off right this school year. Many of my students aren't always able to purchase their own school supplies. I often have to purchase headphones for them myself. Being a school that services mostly Somali students, many parents don't fully understand the requirements for bringing materials at the start of the year. Having you as a community contribute really helps those students not feel left out just because their parents do not fully understand their responsibilities for back to school.”
Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom! Cold and flu season has caused us to go through our tissues very quickly!! No matter how many times I show correct ways to use headphones and glue sticks, we still seem to wear through them way fast than expected! My students will absolutely put these materials to good use!”
Thank you so much for contributing to my classroom! I can not wait for my students to put the dry erase boards to good use for multiple activities and subjects. We only had enough for them to share. Now each student will get to use their own! This will only deepen their participation and understanding.”

Thank you so much for helping to creat my take a break space! My students have gotten so much use out of it already and it's only the third week of school!
They are using it themselves when they need a mental break from work and I'm asking them to use it when they need to calm their bodies. They are enjoying the comfortable bean bag chair as well as all of the fidgets. Their favorite are the chain links. It's a great brain break tool!
This project would not have been possible without all of your help!”
