  • Paint by Sticker

    Funded Mar 30, 2023

Thank you so much for your generous donation! The sticker sets you provided will keep my students engaged and out of trouble during unstructured times like after lunch in the cafeteria on rainy days kr on the long commute by school bus. Thank you for your continued support! Many blessings.”

  • Lamination Press

    Funded Aug 12, 2022

My students have a variety of special needs, from cognitive to physical to behavioral. One thing that they all have in common is that they benefit from repetition and review.

The lamination press and pouches you provided helped to preserve crucial resources that students need to use and reuse. It allows us to save valuable time not photocopying or recreating class charts and templates that have become damaged after frequent use. It also allows me to help students preserve their best written work and art projects so that they may keep them and reflect back on their progress in years to come.

Thank you for your generous git.”

  • Back to Basics - School Supplies

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Many of my students experience or have experienced food and housing instability. The Covid-19 pandemic did not made things easier on their families. My school has been able to furnish some necessary school supplies to these students - backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, scissors, erasers - but the little things are not always possible due to budgetary constraints.

Your donation helped ensure my students had all the supplies they needed this school year. Supplies like pencil sharpeners, colored pencils, writing journals, tape, and dry erase markers have come in great handy in our classroom. Your contribution has even helped us to set up a supply cart where students who need can come "shop" for the items they require.

Thank you for making this possible for my students.”

  • Storage Bags

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your thoughtful donation. In my classroom, we use these storage bags for EVERYTHING. If a student spills paint on his shirt, we wash it and send it home in a large storage bag thanks to your donation. If a student wants to take home any food leftover from breakfast or lunch, we are able to provide a spill proof way to do this thanks to your donation. Classroom snacks and rewards stay fresh and pest free thanks to your donation, and our sensory play dough, slime, and sand last for weeks thanks to being stored in the ziplock bags you provided.

We are so grateful for your generosity and support. All the best to you and yours!”

  • Jewelry Making

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation! The students have loved making and wearing their own jewelry. After lunch, we set up art stations for the students to circulate through - clay making, ink stamping, jewelry making, drawing, and sticker art. Jewelry making is always the most popular! The students have been proudly wearing necklaces and bracelets that they have made, and many opted to make keychains for family members as holiday gifts as wel.! Thank you for the joy you have brought to the hearts of my students and for the creativity you have inspired in them. Bless you!”

  • Construction Paper

    Funded May 9, 2022

Thank you for helping me achieve this goal to help the children we serve in our school community. The construction paper you provided is BEYOND beautiful! The colors are bold and vibrant and the paper quality is exactly what my students need - thick enough to hold its shape while the students are cutting but not so thick as to make cutting difficult. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patronage! We will surely make a world of beautiful art projects with your generous donation!!!”

  • A Class Where Everyone Is Welcome

    Funded Jun 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your generous donation of bulletin board supplies! In schools, bulletin boards are the equivalent of home decor - they set the mood of the classroom and the tone for each day. A room with beautiful and inviting bulletin boards (word walls, math centers, birthday announcements, and student work display) helps students to feel calm and welcomed the minute they walk in the door, and this sets them up for success as they begin their coursework and studies.

The set of supplies you provided speaks to the inclusion, appreciation, and tolerance I hope to foster in my classroom this year. Thank you for your contribution toward this goal - I know it will have an impact!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Hyppolite
