Time for Times Tables - That 's the Facts

Students have been using the fact fluency Math Quiz tool to improve their knowledge of math facts. Our first experience using the tool was after a testing session. My students had finished their tests and we had time before they returned to class. I used the time gap afterwards to introduce the Math Quiz. It was perfect. When my students first saw the devices they were curious. They wanted a chance to use them as soon as they were seen. I provided the students with quick instructions. The Math Quiz is not hard to use. They pushed 3 buttons and started. Several of the students played multiple sessions. I even had a student that would not put the device down. The students were encouraged every time they got the answers correct. This has become a wonderful addition to the math tools I have in the classroom. Next, I would like to open up the availability to other homeroom teachers. Our school is not 1:1 with computer devices. We have students and classes that can benefit from using the Math Quiz.
