Headphones to Support Learning!
Funded Dec 4, 2024Thank you so much for your generosity! My students use the resource you provided every single day. They have been beyond helpful! The headphones have helped my students maintain focus on their work and block outside distractions. They allow students to listen to educational content at their own pace, and rewind or pause as needed to better understand the material.
As an educator, I have been able to use the headphones as a valuable tool to differentiate instruction. Since each student has their very own set of headphones, they can each complete their assigned task independently without outside noise to interfere. They can adjust the volume and other settings to better suit their learning needs. This has been especially beneficial for my students that have a hard time focusing in noisy environments. They have also been very helpful for the students that utilize language tools in the classroom, like voice recording and voice repetition.
It has been great to see the sense of responsibility my students have by taking care of their headphones. They feel proud and grown-up every time they use them and when they put them away at the end of the day. As an educator, I thank you so much for your support. Without your help my students wouldn't have had access to this invaluable resource. My students and I will be forever thankful.”

Funded Jan 30, 2023Thank you so much for your generosity. My students use the resources you provided almost every day. They know that there is a safe and cozy space in our classroom available to them in case they ever need it. In case they need a break or a moment of comfort and reassurance. The best part is, that they helped create this space with all the resources you so generously provided. It came out beautifully, and it has improved our classroom environment so much.
My students are learning how to take advantage of this cozy space in order to feel safe enough to express themselves and their emotions. They use the resources available to them in order to understand their emotions and explore using their senses. They are also beginning to understand how to identify when one of their peers is feeling happy, or sad, or angry and they are learning how to best react in these situations. Through these experiences my students are acquiring the skills they need to treat themselves and others with kindness and respect.
As an educator, I thank you so much for your support. Without your help my students wouldn't have had access to all these great and helpful resources. My students and I will be forever thankful.”

Watch What I Can Build!
Funded Jul 15, 2022Thank you so much for your generosity. My students use the resources you provided almost every day. They look forward to being able to create, build, and imagine what they can do next. They collaborate and share their ideas, which has made a huge impact in the relationships they have been able to create as a classroom. Yet, their favorite thing to do is to share their creations with their families through photos and videos. Their sense of accomplishment and the pride they take in their creations has been amazing to see.
Because of your generous donation my students have been able to reap the benefits of play in their education. It has not only allowed freedom in their creativity, but it has also proved crucial in their social development. While playing together they have practiced how to share, how to collaborate, how to follow the rules (like cleaning up and choosing a center), and they have developed a better understanding of other people's feelings.
