  • Table of Plenty Food Pantry

    Thank you soooo much for your generous donation to our food pantry! Due to the rising cost of living your donation provides the students and families with securing of meals that they do not have to worry about providing. Also the pantry has become a learning source for our students. At times they are able to pick out their favorite food to take home. They see the differences of foods, i.e., vegetables, meat, and starches and some have said say they help cook the food at home! In addition, we have been able to help families in emergency situations. The families are very grateful. We appreciate you”

  • Food Pantry Refill

    Thank you so much for funding my Food Pantry Refill! The students look forward to their bags of food going home. Some of the students have mentioned to staff what items they like of the bags they take home. In addition, we have been of support of a few families in emergency situations. I like to think of the school as a center of the community that can help families in times of need, and you have helped that continue to happen with your donation.”

  • Counseling Meets Sensory Needs

    Funded Feb 8, 2023

    Thank you so much for donating to my project! The items were used in my counseling room. My students have used these to help them keep calm and engaged.

    The items have helped some students address their sensory needs while it helped other students socialize with their peers. Some students also shared that they play with their item on the ride to and from the school on the school bus. The items are great incentives for students to behave well at P. 36K.   • Working Towards Positive Behavior

    Thank you so much for donating to my project! The items were used to supply the School Store where students exchange the positive behavior points they earned for the items you donated. I consulted with some student regarding items they would like to have at the School Store. They enjoyed the ear buds, fidget spinners and other sensory items you donated! The hardest thing was for them to choose the color of the item they wanted :)
