After-School Skate Club

Thank for very much for your considerable donation that allowed our school to purchase several sets of protective rollerblading gear. This, in addition to funding our school pulled together to purchase a set of inline rollerblades, has allowed our school to begin offering Inline Skating as an afterschool club option.

So far we have had several students of different age groups and backgrounds joining the club, and easily expect to have many more join in the spring when the weather grows warmer. All of our students are new to the hobby, and teaching them has been a great personal joy to me. The students have also taken to the activity with great gusto. They are already skating on their own unaided and are excited to begin learning more advanced techniques in the future.

I look forward to continuing offering this club for several years to come as we now have the needed materials to do so in a safe manner. Thank you against for your contributions that have made this possible.”
