Thank you so much for your generous donations! Thank you for helping me provide my students with healthy snacks to remain focused and energized throughout the school day. Snacks such as simple ingredient cookies, nuts, etc. will ensure they are full and ready to learn. Not all students are able to bring snacks to school therefore, donating will help supply the staff with appropriate material for students. These healthy snacks will ensure students will be successful in both the occupational therapy room as well as the classroom because they will be enticed to work harder for a reward incentive. These snacks will also be utilized as brain food to re-energize students when needed.”
Thank you so much for your generous donations. These snacks have helped. The students become motivated to work towards their occupational therapy goals and also helped to provide snacks for children when hungry. The students were very excited to open up the snacks, organized them and put them in the prize box. The students LOVE these snacks; especially the variety packs of chips and cookies! We can't thank you enough for all you have done with providing us these options! Without you this wouldn't be possible.”
Thank you so much for your support to our project Rewards for Encouragement in Occupational Therapy. These rewards have been highly beneficial to the students whom work for prize box rewards as motivation for participation when in occupational therapy multiple times throughout the week. The biggest reaction comes when students are presented with airheads, toys, stickers, and starburst. These allow for increased on task behaviors and myself as well as the students couldn't be more grateful for your generosity.”
Thank you so much for the storage and organizational bins for the occupational therapy room. These bins have allowed for a more cohesive appearance and less visually overstimulating environment for the students. This has allowed for less clutter, the ability to identify where all games and materials are due to labeling. The students are now able to focus on the activities at hand rather than remove self from seat to reach for all the toys in their eye line. This will allow for more success within the occupational therapy room!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Samantha

Thank you so much for providing the students with sensory based materials. These materials have benefited not only the students whom receive occupational therapy but all the students. These materials have provided each student with proprioceptive input. Receiving this input prior to sessions allows students to improve focus, self-regulate, and sustain attention to the activity at hand. The blanket, weighted vest, and weighted animal have been implemented in various classrooms and we can not thank you enough for your generosity.”
Thank you so much for your generous donations to the Apple MacBook for Activities and Occupational Therapy Goals for IEPs. The MacBook has helped me as a therapist to write individual goals for IEPs, upload student work, document OT session notes, reply to important parent as well as faculty emails and create projects and obtain worksheets for the students to have fun while learning. The laptop has brought a lot of value into the students and I's occupational therapy sessions by allowing me to find material to engage in fine motor, scissor, visual perceptual, etc. activities.”
