  • Pencils sharped and Missing work printed: What a great day!

    Thank you so much! Having a printer and pencil sharpener has been a blessing to my class! My class only had a handheld sharpner and it would barely work. The electrice pencil sharper helps students to sharpen their pencils in record time instead of having to stand in front of the trash and sharpen their pencils. We all know that breaks for teacher are few and in between but just imagine trying to go print for 105 students and trying to eat your lunch. This donorchoose has really allowed me to help my students catch up on all the work that they have been missing.”

    The iPad and iPencil has changed the way I teach in so many ways. I have gone from having to stand in front of the class at the board to being able to walk around the room and help my struggling students while still writing on the board.

    What my students like the most about having the iPad and iPencil is being able to practice problems on the board while other students see their work and being able to have me assist them at their seats instead of always standing at the board.

    I have had several students that were barely working before I received the iPad and iPencil. Now these students are on task and making better grades because I am able to help them stay on track by walking around the room watching them work math problems.”
