• Flexible Seating

  Once again, thank you for donating to this classroom project. The materials funded by this project are just as expected. Our classroom is brighter and cheerier with them. Most importantly, my students have a flexible seating option that allows them to work in small group without feeling antsy. When my students need to wiggle in their seat to help them focus, their seat enables movement.

  With these new seating options, students have been able to sit in small group for a longer period of time. Students with ADHD especially benefit from the ability to rock their seat, so their minds can continue to focus on the task at hand without having to get up.

  This small addition to our room may seem like a minor change, but it has made a great difference my students' ability to learn.”

• School Supplies for Scorpions

  Thank you for your generous donation! My students were so excited to have new supplies that catered to their needs. Each of these supplies had an impact on improving our daily lessons. Thanks to you, my student were able to use the graph paper notebooks to improve the organization of their math strategies. The colored pencils were great for our art lessons and coloring fractions for math. With sharpeners at every table, students didn't have to wait in a long line before an assignment to use our one, faulty sharpener.

  Having a classroom full of supplies motivated my students and made them feel like they had the resources to be successful.”
