Organization Is Key!
Funded Aug 9, 2022Every day when my students are working on an assignment or need a white paper to color on when they are finished with their work, they know they need to go to the black organizer tray to turn in their paper and to get the white paper. They know that is a material we use to stay organized and remember where we put our things or where we can get extra paper. When we are using our smart board, I use the wireless presenter so I can be moving around the classroom instead of staying next to the board. Each of my students have a book bin. They put the papers in there throughout the day that they need to take home to keep their desks organized throughout the day.
When my students saw the materials, they were excited! When I first showed them the wireless presenter, I explained to them what it does and let them know that they will be able to use it to help me when I need help. My teacher helper is able to use it to switch slides and my students are always so happy and excited to use it.
My students and I are so grateful for your donations that made it possible for us to receive these materials! The materials are helping us become organized in the classroom and I am excited to show and teach my students that we can be organized and using these materials help us keep our things together and remember where everything is.”
With gratitude,

This classroom project was brought to life by An Anonymous Funder and 4 other donors.Classroom Materials to Improve Our Learning!
Funded Apr 27, 2022Every morning we have a calendar helper. The calendar helper points to the calendar while we all say what day it is. I also use the schedule material to put our daily schedule with visuals and a helper lets us know where we are throughout the day. When doing different centers, I use the timer to know when it is time to switch tables. When the timer rings, my students know it is time to stop what they are doing and clean up. Every Friday we go over the month and birthday wall to share out when it is everyones birthday. I also put the name tags on the tables to show my students where their assigned table is at.
My students loved seeing all of the materials that were donated to us! Every day and throughout the day, they like to go up to the schedule and tell the class where we are in the day. Every Friday they are looking forward to looking at the month and birthday wall and listening to when it is everyones birthday!
My students and I are so thankful that because of your donations, we were able to receive these materials that we use on a daily basis in our classroom. They help us continue to learn and know what to except in our day from seeing our calendar and going over it!”
