The student population of Ha:san is 100% Native American. The majority of the students come from the Tohono O'odham Nation or the Pasqua Yaqui Tribe. These students travel for hours a day to attend the school because we offer a unique experience that they cannot find in schools in their communities. Our focus is centered on teaching all subjects while integrating Native American Culture and STEM. Donations go to Ha:san Makerspace where students learn to prototype, create, and design using both Native American and STEM concepts.
