• Organize and Charge the Day!

  The new charging station has been a really great addition to the classroom. It has helped keep our classroom so much more organized without cords everywhere! I'm so grateful. The students love putting their iPads into the charging station and knowing exactly where they are located.

  The time it has saved our class has been great as well and we all love the efficiency. We have been so fortunate to have a wonderful community that has helped our class thrive this year! Your donations really make a difference in our classroom.

• Making Cents: 2nd Grade Learns About Finances!

  The visual large coins on the board are amazing! Student love playing with the magnetic money, stamping coins, and money games! We play in small groups with the teachers or parent volunteers!

  We love the books about saving and money and everything hands on in our class! We are so grateful for these learning tools and the generosity of the community and the funds from all our partners!

  The puzzles are a great learning way students can count using different coins to show the same value.

  The more hands on learning the more excited the students are to dig in deep to new concepts!”

• Reading Roadrunners Rise!

  I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude for your generous donation to support my 2nd grade class in acquiring books that are perfectly suited to their reading levels. Your contribution has made a world of difference in the lives of my students, providing them with the opportunity to engage with literature that is both accessible and exciting. Watching their confidence grow as they read these books is truly a joy, and it's all thanks to your kindness and support.

  Your generosity has not only expanded our classroom library but has also sparked a love for reading in my students that will last a lifetime. With each new book they explore, their imaginations are ignited, and their skills are improving in ways that will set them up for future success. The range of books we were able to acquire was also so spectacular for the class with biographies, fiction and nonfiction every genre was covered!! Thank you once again for believing in the power of reading and investing in the future of these young learners. We are so grateful for your support!

  In our classroom students get to read during the day when they complete their work, at designated reading times and in a center in our classroom. They can read on our class rug or at their desk or in our pod. They also have the choice to quiz on their books for a school wide program. They love sharing the books they are reading and talking about their new friends and characters they meet. Making connections to the genres they study in school as well and talk about authors has been really amazing to see in action!”

• Sand Today Spell Tomorrow!

• R.I.A.S.E.C. When I Grow up...

  These rotations have been such a highlight for my students! They use them in so many different ways and are so excited to show off their builds. They incorporate their vocabulary into their imaginary play. Students work out problem solving skills not only socially but mathematically by seeing what shapes fit other or what stones can balance or make a dominoes effect. It's been really meaningful to have these hands on manipulative that coincide with our school wide plan! Thank you for making this a reality for our students!”

• Classroom Essentials!

  The student's are loving the logitech pointer. I'm sitting with them on the rug and walking around the room while I'm navigating our slides on the monitor. Students are engaged by the pointer and even started using it themselves.

  Last week we held a PD in my classroom and our principal was even able to use the pointer to review her slides for the faculty.

  The avery labels have been used for students log-in's and passwords and put into their daily folders and will continue to be used to identify their work as it is displayed around the classroom.

  The student's are eager to get their prizes from our treasure box and I'm eager to start the year on this great path. It's been so fun to transition back to primary again and we are so grateful for the suppo”

• Comics + Science Content = Engagement!

  We started the year with the comics and will bounce back and forth between the comics and the school program. These books gave the students the springboard into the curriculum that inspired them to do the "hard" thinking!

  We made took doodle notes during our reading and after and learned about scientists associated with the concepts of the books. We made models of the books of the different "characters" out of toilet paper rolls and ended the unit with the most amazing video. I would love to share it but I don't have all the photo permission rights to do so at this moment.

  Honestly, my student's have been motivated and captivated by this experience! Thank you again for your donation. It has turley impacted my students and me and inspired us to dig deep!”
