  • Social Emotional Learning: Bring It On!

    Thank you for supporting our Social Emotional Learning (SEL) project. We were able to provide our students and families with an evening of bonding activities, exercises in emotional awareness, games that promoted positive social interactions, and conversation-boosting circles. Parents played an integral part as they interacted with their children and gained an understanding of communication and learning how to integrate SEL into their home lives. We were able to offer our families a night to work together and creatively guide their children through hands on activities and engagement. We thank all those who were able to donate to our school.”

  • Emotions! Let's Figure Them Out!

    Students reacted with delight when materials were brought to their classrooms. the resources are used to support them emotionally and to provide them with much needed sensory release and comfort during moments of stress, talking about trauma, or post conflict. Students are able to use the materials when they are feeling dysregulated and it has made a positive impact on behaviors. We feel grateful to the donors who allowed us to make this program a success and thank you for donating to the students of Conte West Hills.”
