    Endless thanks to all of the donors who contributed to my classroom project "Easel-y Our Favorite!". We are starting off the new school year with a brand new Easel for my young students to explore and create with. They have loved drawing each day and imagining new ideas and concepts. This easel is the perfect size and accessibility for little learners!

    Incredibly grateful to all that donated to my project, Craft Supplies Galore! Your impact means so much to my students. With new craft supplies my students have been able to explore new ways of exploring and expressing themselves through art. Moving into fall students are learning about a new Unit of Study- Trees. With these new materials students will be able to interact with fun new materials and create some exciting fall art projects!

  • Let's Do Science!

    Thank you so much for your incredible donations towards my project, "Let's Do Science!". The impact of this project has created many hands on learning experiences for my students. The STEM create-a-path magnetic center has been so popular with my young learners! Students love to sit and manipulate the tubes creating different paths and patterns before pouring down the balls. It is challenging yet very engaging for the students and helps them develop problem solving skills. Thank you for making this new hands on learning experience possible with your donations!”

  • Move To The Music!

    Thank you so much for all of your help in make this project reach its goal!! I could not have done it without all of your generous donations! Our new classroom speaker is utilized daily for various classroom activities.

    Students love listening to our morning carpet songs on our new speaker. They engage in counting, letter, shape and color songs. Students love the calming color changing lights on the speaker during our SEL cooldowns. Their favorite way to listen to music is outside during our gross motor playtime. They greatly enjoy dancing and moving along to their favorite songs. It has been so wonderful to watch the joy this new speaker has brought my little learners.

  • Pre-K Loves to Read!

    Thank you so much for all of your contributions to my Pre-k book project! As soon as the books arrives I opened the package with my students during our morning meeting and showed them all the new books that would become apart of their classroom library. They were absolutely thrilled to have new books to explore and read together during our whole group read aloud times.

    Every morning my students start their day with a "book browse" on the carpet. This is a time were young learners can work on their emergent reading skills such as how to orient a book, how to turn the pages, and how to follow text. Incorporating new Spanish texts into this time of their day helped my young learners to feel their culture is represented within their classroom.

  • Making Our Classroom Zen Den!

    I cannot express just how grateful I am for your help in reaching my goal for my classroom "Zen Den" project. When my students came into the classroom after setting up the new lighting they were so excited and many said that they "loved their new classroom". The warm lighting helped students to feel comfortable and happy in their learning environment.

    The small cork boards were utilized in the classroom to display students artwork and pictures. Many students loved seeing and talking about pictures of themselves playing and doing activities. It was a great way for students to feel a sense of community and identity within the classroom.

  • The Wonders of Watercolor!

    Funded May 4, 2022

    I wanted to share how grateful I am to have had your help in reaching my goal for my project, "Wonders of Watercolor!". When I opened the material with my students they could not wait to see their new art supplies. Having run out of one of their favorite classroom art supplies (water color), they could not wait to dive into exciting new ways to express themselves through art.

    We used the new art supplies for self portrait painting, spring-time coffee filter butterflies, name painting, leaf rubbing, and much more free painting/drawing during our play based center time.
