Thank you so much for your support of our project. It is very much appreciated by our staff and students, as well as our families. This Little Lending Library of ours has given our children the opportunity to read at home!

The children were very excited to see all our new books and even more curious to understand what the bags and racks were all about. It didn't take us long to introduce and implement the system. Each week, the children can make a selection of their choice to take home with them. This enables them to continue learning at home, read at their own pace and have story time with their families.

For now, the books are phonics and sight word based, but we hope to add a picture book to each bag in the future. Children can then take home two books each week. Perhaps we will even add a writing component at some point and encourage them to draw their favorite part of the story or even think of a new and different ending.

When it comes to reading, the possibilities are endless!”
