The 3D printer machines that I am requesting will have an amazing home in my classroom where they will be used to further the engagement and education of my history students. The printers will have their own place in my classroom, and students will be given many opportunities to create historical 3-dimensional objects and print them out. I have recently been taught about 3D printing and shown the endless possibilities that can be done(3D puzzles, topographical maps, historical structures, etc), and I could not help but think how amazing 3D printers would be for my students to further their education. I want to use the 3D printers to engage their creative side, and also teach them about the real-world use that they can provide. My students would be able to use the skills that they learn through programming and printing to find amazing job opportunities in fields such as digital art, marketing, product management, and more.
