We will use the books I have requested to add to our classroom library. These books will help expand my students' imagination, all the while building their reading fluency and comprehension. I always love when we can find a teachable moment while reading a good book! Each student has their own likes and dislikes when it comes to the books they read, so having a wider variety of books in our class library will help with my students getting excited to read more books. The more books they read will help with expanding their vocabulary because they are being exposed to new vocabulary words while reading.

About my class
