When the students saw all the items arrived they were so happy. They appreciate everything they received. The student are able to engage with the lessons now that they have the appropriate materials for each lesson. It is great coming to school to teach them knowing that they have to items they need thanks to your generous donation.”

All the materials involved in this project are for the benefit of the students. Because of the shut down of schools due to the pandemic, students are struggling and below grade level. They need extra help and materials to succeed. The resources in this project will be used to help to students close their learning gap in reading, writing, and math. By donating to this project, you will be helping inner-city children increase their academic achievement with resources they would have never imagine to be lucky enough to have or use. Everything has a purpose. The chart paper will be used to create anchor charts that reflect the discussions we have during our mini-lessons. The tablet for small group instruction to collect the data of student growth. The phonics books and workbooks and bundle to help with small group instruction to grow the students reading skills. Laminating sheets and sheet protectors to create individual things for students since sharing is very hard during COVID. The math materials for math instructions to support below level students. We are a school of low income student in need of your donations in order to make the rest of 1st grade the best year yet. Thank you.
