Just Keep Moving-Flexible Seating

I would like to thank everyone who donated to my project. This project has allowed me to provide a classroom environment that radiates inclusivity. I have loved providing my class with the opportunity to move their bodies while still focusing on our learning goals.

My favorite quote from my students' first experience with the flexible seating was, "I am actually excited to come to school everyday! This is so much better!" Kinesthetic learning plays a large role in student success. Having my Donors Choose project fulfilled has improved the overall environment in my classroom.

Our new flexible seating chairs have allowed students to look forward to weekly changes in their desk arrangements and knowing each week they will have the opportunity to learn while moving their body at their desks.”
