These materials will be used in my small speech room in the basement of the school, where I bring kids for our speech sessions. Lots of children have articulation delays and would benefit from the speech cards. We would use them for drill-based therapy and fun games like memory and matching games. The sorting/organizing and categories kit is perfect for all those developmentally delayed and English language learners who struggle with simple vocabulary. Identifying what goes together and items in a category is a fun way to learn new vocabulary. The Gruffalo is a great book to read with students and to complete language based activities with the story.
