Our school services majority students on the spectrum, many of whom have sensory needs. We are trying to launch a school store where students can earn points to purchase the sensory toys of their choice. Older students with less sensory needs can purchase art materials and coloring books to express themselves. We will also have grooming choices for our students who need them. The students will learn how to self monitor to earn points needed for their desired purchase. It will also teach them life skills of exchange for goods needed, while supplying them with needed sensory stimulation.
