These donations will help with effective classroom management and organization. Once this is achieved, students can be more focused and dedicated to their school, community, and self development. With over 80 students, this program reaches students from all backgrounds, socioeconomic backgrounds, genders, races and ethnicities, and developmental needs. This leadership within this program is student led, the kids are measured against standards such as organization skills, our lessons plans include items like inventory control, documentation, formal dining etiquette procedures, first aid, drug abuse awareness, social issues like bullying, sexual harassment/assault, etc. These donations will go to assist with the practical portions of the learning. In a COVID-19 environment, it has been hard for students to communicate with other students from other periods. This communication is vital to the effective management of the program. These donations would facilitate and streamline that communication.
