All students want quality art supplies, and a decent ink pen, to help bring their intellectual visions to life. Sadly, not every family has the means to provide the high quality color pencils and other materials needed for the art enhanced projects in our World History and AP Human Geography classroom. Working with a partner, in small groups or even on your own near a friend is an opportunity to build relationships, engage in meaningful and fun conversations, and to just let the mind wander creatively in a safe environment...and our kids need this. After COVID, there has been a dire need and strong desire for camaraderie, and working on projects in class provides time for our students to reconnect in a positive way.
