We gather a lot of information in algebra from reading and do many learning activities that involve visually processing information. My students keep a notebook that they can use as a reference when studying or doing work. In our project based learning environment they also need to gather information about the task by reading. I want my students to learn to take notes like a boss! I don't want them fumbling for colored pens or highlighters or to take valuable time in the class passing around one stapler. I want to make to easy to make information and math visible and interactive.
