Our students will use the carpet and cushions to have a visually appealing area and comfortable sitting place to learn mindful relaxing skills that will help them when they are feeling overwhelmed or stressed. Giving our students a place that is visually stimulating and offering a variety of options where they can sit on a comfortable floor pillow and learn these mindful relaxing skills when they are stress will improve their social skills and allow them to focus on their academics. The string lights and lamps will sooth our student’s visual senses.

About my class
