Due to Covid, many students have become sedentary, and stopped being active with friends and classmates. Having new equipment will help the students workout in class. They will get physically stronger, which in turn will give them mental strength. Knowing if they work hard for something, they will see physical gains and it encourages them to keep coming to school and class. If a student has something they look forward to, they will make the initiative to keep coming to school. Exercise benefits mental and physical health. I have seen students who have discipline issues work hard in the weight room and their attitude and grades improve.

About my class
