I am looking more for teaching and helping kids eat and keep good hygiene. I will be using the hygiene kits to teach them about what they can do to keep clean and how cleanliness makes them feel. I will be having kids journal if they fell they need to write down things that are thinking. Snacks are always a good things when one is feeling down and just needs to regroup. So often kids come to school with out eating and I offer a safe place to come grab a snack and talk.
