Music Class Needs Instruments for Little Musicians!

My students are having a wonderful time using our new instruments. This week, we used the scarves and tone blocks to play along with Leroy Anderson's "The Syncopated Clock". The students loved the clock sounds made by the tone blocks and were very happy to have new fresh scarves to create beautiful movement with!

When my students first saw the materials, they immediately wanted to start playing all of the new instruments of course! These instruments are important because while we did have most of these instruments before, we now have the opportunity to build teamwork and cooperation by playing instruments together as a class.

I cannot wait to see the growth in these students because of these new instruments. I know that they want to play every day, and I am always looking to find new and exciting ways to allow them that opportunity.
