Every resource selected will greatly enhance every students learning and understanding of a huge array of mathematical topics. Providing hands-on opportunities for students to explore math concepts through folder games, manipulative practice and repetition improves their comprehension in many skills needed to succeed throughout their school years. Second grade students need a variety of learning opportunities to build skills for success. They have had to struggle over the past two years during the Covid-19 pandemic to get the enhanced teaching/ learning opportunities needed to fully understand math concepts and practices. By giving them these fun, exciting learning resources, they will enjoy hands-on learning objectives that will increase their ability to succeed not only this year but in the years to come.
