  • Can we do centers? Yes, you can!

    This week my students and I recieved our new resources. The moment we opened the boxes the kids were extatic! They were so excited and couldn't wait to use our new items and try them out! We put them to use the very next day!

    Having new resources for centers will allow us to review and practice skills in a fun way! I taught 3rd grade for many years, so I had lots of materials for older kids. When I moved to first grade, I didn't have as many tools and centers I could use. I have been slowly buying some with my own money, but it takes time to build what is needed. This project has allowed me to fill my cabinets with lots of center and learning resources for my students.

    These materials will be used weekly. Great learning and fun will be happening in my classroom! Thank you for supporting and donating to my project! I can make a bigger difference because of YOU!”

Students get to practice skills while I am able to help students who are missing skills or even challenge students who are ready for more rigorous instruction. Learning and reviewing through center activities in 1st grade is essential! Each of the items in my cart will be used to help my 1st graders become better readers and inspire their imagination!
