Our students are in school during unconventional times. They are under a great deal of stress from school and home life. The purpose of my project is to provide opportunities for students to relieve stress through art and movement. In my project I have included art supplies for artistic stress relief. I included a punching bag to relieve physical stress and aggression. Additionally, having access to snacks and water helps them too. As some students are irritable from hunger, which impacts their performance in the classroom. The school has water fountains, but due to COVID-19 students are understandably uncomfortable with using them. So, I included water and snacks in my project. Please support my project as less stressed students equal more attentive students.
