My current classroom of 29 kindergarteners is overcrowded with 6 kids sharing a small table. This flexible seating would help my class to spread out more around the classroom. This would be great for social distancing in light of Covid-19 and help my little learners concentrate more on their work. I have seen first hand how many early childhood students benefit from flexible seating and actually perform better on work when not confined to a desk or a table. My students love to work in different areas of the room and this would allow them to do that.

About my class
