These materials will help the classroom be well equipped for the students. In my classroom, the students are allowed to move around and take charge of their learning. This might look like them laying on the ground working, working at a spare, unassigned desk, working under their own desk, or working with another student that can help them. By providing them with these flexible seating options, my high energy, wiggly students will have more options to help them take control of their learning. The flexible seating options will also be a great benefit to the students when we are having whole group direct instruction and working at a desk is a better option for them. The classroom supplies will help provide my students with materials that is needed for them to be able to participate in class without worrying about the materials needed. In my Title I school, many students do not have the material needed either at school or at home. Myself and the other teachers have done our best to fill the gaps for these students, however, these materials will allow us to help the students in other places that they need.
