As we look at our data, we know that our students need additional support in mastering early literacy skills. These materials will be used to help teachers feel better prepared to teach early literacy and mathematics within our classrooms, school wide. These resources will allow students to access decodable texts for early literacy in instruction and in small groups, help build our teacher resource bank, and provide resources to help teachers and students manage anxiety. Additionally, some of the tools I can use within my coaching sessions to help calm teachers and help with teacher burn out. I am also hoping to receive some decodable readers to help supplement our supply to help teachers to have the materials they need to effectively teach literacy.
