Engaging Centers
Funded Jul 31, 2024Thank you so much for making this project possible for my pre-k students. The materials you helped supply have already made a huge impact on my students and their fine motor skills. You should have seen how excited they were when the materials arrived. They could not wait to start using them in our centers.
The storage drawers for our art center have helped my students to be more independent in their creativity. They are now able to access the materials of their choice easily while knowing exactly where each item needs to be returned. The snap builders and connectors are perfect for our morning stem boxes. They have helped tremendously with their fine motor development. Strengthening their little hand muscles is so important in pre-k as it helps them to develop important skills such as writing. The alphabet cars are a big hit in our literacy center. They love to match the letters and drive the cars on our letter road maps.
Your generosity and donations have helped to establish skills for my students to become more independent and young writers. We cannot thank you enough. You are truly appreciated.”

Making All Centers a Fabulous Learning Experience!
Funded Aug 12, 2023Thank you so much for making this project possible for my prek students. You have helped take their centers to the next level. They were so excited to watch as we unpacked the materials together.
The table top easels were a big hit. Not only have we used them for art and painting projects but for everyday writing practice as well. They love to use them during center time with a partner. The easels have not only help develop creativity, writing, but also team work and collaboration. The journals are another item we use weekly to help with learning letters, phonics and for developing writing skills. My students have also developed a strong love for the light table thanks to all the supplies you helped provide for this center. They love the Rainbow Gem Cubes and Wooden blocks. They spend quality time constructing houses and various creative structures. Our Block Center is also a favorite now thanks to the variety of blocks you helped provide for us. I cannot thank you enough for helping us make our classroom an inviting, safe space that students love to explore.”

Funded Aug 3, 2023Thank you so much for making this project possible for my prek students. The materials you helped supply have already made a huge impact on my students and their fine motor skills. You should have seen how excited they all were when the materials arrived. They could not wait to start using them in our centers.
The sorting games and tongs have helped my students develop reasoning and thinking skills as well as fine motor development. Strengthening their little hands is so important in pre-k as it helps them to develop important skills such as writing. They love using the tongs to transfer pompoms, erasers, marbles, and other small items from place to place. The mini paper punches not only have helped my students improve their hand grasp but also their creativity as they use the cutout pieces to make amazing cards and letters for friends. They also love the playdough tools we received. They push the playdough through the tools and have a blast using scissors to cut the playdough into pieces.
Your generosity and donations have helped to establish skills for my students to become young writers. We cannot thank you enough. You are truly appreciated.”

Funded Nov 5, 2022Thank you so much for the generous donations that funded our project. My students were super excited when the new materials came in. The excitement they shared was amazing to see.
My students' social skills, teamwork and problem solving techniques have increased dramatically since we have started using the balance math scales during small group and math centers. The story puppets have made a huge impact in our story sequencing and retelling abilities. My students worked together using the Goldilocks and the Three Bears puppets to retell and sequence the events that happened in the story. It was so fun watching them act out the story. We are looking forward to using the Three Little Pigs and the Three Billy Goats Gruff puppets when we work on our upcoming Fairy Tales unit. It is amazing seeing prek students communicate and work together to reach a common goal.
We cannot thank you enough for all that you do for our children!!!!”

Funded Aug 12, 2022Thank you so much for making this project possible for my pre-k students. Our dramatic play area has changed significantly since receiving our materials!! You should have seen the excitement that filled my students' eyes when they watched me unbox everything. The first day I put everything in our dramatic play center my students refused to go to another center.
My students are learning not only social skills but real life skills as well. They love the babies, clothes, bottles and cradle that your donations provided. They are developing great nurturing skills everyday. They also enjoy making me food and coffee using our new pots and pans, microwave, and coffee maker. I think we have some future chefs in our classroom.
We cannot thank you enough for updating our dramatic play center for us! We truly appreciate you! Thank you again for everything.”

Endless Possibilities With Pocket Chart Stand!
Funded Aug 3, 2022Thank you so much for making this project possible for my pre-k students. The pocket chart stand has already made a significant impact in our classroom. It started the first day it arrived. The excitement in my students' eyes was priceless as they watched me unbox and put it together. At that time they had no idea what a pocket chart stand was or what it was used for. Since that day, not only have they learned what a pocket chart stand is but also how to interact using it on a daily basis.
My students' social skills, team work, and problem solving techniques have increased dramatically since we have started using the pocket chart stand in small group. So far we have used it for story retelling, story sequencing, uppercase/lowercase letter match, beginning sound match and rhyming. This past month we worked on story retelling and sequencing. The book we read was "Bear Says Thanks". My students worked together using the pocket chart stand to practice vocabulary and used picture cards to retell and sequence the events that happened in the story.
It is amazing seeing pre-k students communicate and work together to reach their goal.
We cannot thank you enough for all you do for our children!”
