My students have always enjoyed experiencing relaxation with singing bowls. Many students are very stressed due to the pandemic or other outside influences. I also will be recording a relaxation with these singing bowls that students can access from home if they have to miss class. Finally students really enjoy trying to play the singing bowls too so that’s something we will also do in class as well. I have brought my own singing bowls from home for many years as I have not had the funds to buy some only for my classroom.
