The materials I am requesting will allow my students to continue their social-emotional learning journey. My students now more than ever need to "Learn to Breathe." The cushions will empower my students to further their study of mediation and relaxation. The essential oils and diffuser will create an atmosphere of calm in my classroom, granting my students a sense of peace as they further their journey to tranquility. The mindfulness gadgets will assist my students in lowering their anxiety levels when stress finds its way. The rug, table, and other visual pleasantries will be used to create a "Zen Den" in my classroom for my students to engage in a harmonious retreat while taking the time to breathe and recenter themselves.
