In light of Covid-19, manipulatives are physical tools of teaching that will help increase student growth academically and socially-emotionally by engaging students visually and physically with objects such as coins, blocks, puzzles, markers, etc. My goal is to continually and actively engage my PreK students in discovery during the learning process, which these new resources will be highly beneficial and effective. The activities and manipulatives will increase student engagement and focus, increasing each student's academic readiness. Differentiating my instruction for all learners is my goal. I want to help all students reach their fullest potential. The items I have chosen for centers and flexible seating will help increase all learners' overall outcomes. I look forward to sharing and learning with these new resources. I want to create the best learning experience possible with comfort, flexibility, and by increasing student engagement.
