My fourth grade classroom is full of social and creative students. My students have enjoyed using technology to learn this year! We use our Chromebooks to do interactive online activities, educational games and create multimedia projects. The websites we use to learn are full of interactive videos, ebooks, and so much more. I am requesting wireless headphones which will allow my students to work independently without distraction from other students or devices. I have included more headphones than my class size in case of larger class sizes in the future. Chromebooks have broadened the possibilities of learning and collaboration between students, educators, and parents. With the additional online resources, students are learning not only content but life skills for future use. Covid-19 has definitely changed the dynamic of the classroom with virtual learning. Adding wireless headphones will further improve the learning experience for each of my students. Since the headphones are wireless, they will need to be charged daily. Therefore, I am also requesting a charging station that can charge multiple devices at the same time. This will allow all the headphones to get charged daily. Virtual learning has changed the way students learn, and the way teachers teach. In addition to the headphones and charging station, I am requesting a quality microphone to help students hear my virtual lessons. The microphone will allow students to have quality sound in my recorded lessons. Your donation will be greatly appreciated by me and my 4th grade students.
