Social Emotional Learning (SEL) is so important for our students of today. Physical Education (PE) is extremely needed in our schools on a daily basis. Healthy Intramural Game Challenges within our own school promotes all the basics of a healthy mind and a healthy body. Building the inner child through physical challenging activities with their own peers promotes a healthy, well-rounded individual that has a good image of one-self thus building self-esteem. These activities range from exercises (boot camp), sport events (healthy competition), and cognitive game challenges (critical thinking). Body + Mind = Healthy Child
