Learning to read is so important and I would like our classroom library to consist of interesting, engaging, and educational books for my eager 1st graders to read. I want to inspire imagination and instill a love of reading early on so that my students will enjoy reading books throughout their lives. Many of my students do not have books at home and are only exposed to quality reading material in the classroom. My goal is to provide enriching books with a wide range of topics for my diverse readers.

About my class
