The headphones I have requested would help my students in many ways. They would have access to the digital library and could listen to a variety of books. I say listen because due to COVID-19 they have experienced a loss in learning and for many, it's impacted their reading in both languages. It would also allow for them to work independently while I provided in-depth help to those who are at risk. I have also requested books that talk about ways to deal with social-emotional issues. These students have been through so much and have no way to express their emotions or how to deal with them. These books would a great addition to our daily routine.
