I have two chemistry classes that are specifically set aside for students who have previously failed science classes. Many of these students have organization concerns and issues. I want to provide these students with the materials to have their class materials organized. The binders, sheet protectors, pens, and other supplies will help me get these students to be more successful in class. Chemistry classes are incredibly hands on, and we have three science teachers who are all doing lab activities. We use ice in a high number of our activities. We are constantly struggling to make enough ice for all student groups. I have to create larger lab groups because I don't have enough ice in the freezer. This ice machine will allow students more hands-on opportunities by creating smaller lab groups.
