The coronavirus pandemic has impacted my students' ability to learn and utilize coping strategies. You can help my students create healthy relationships and learn skills to better manage their distress. Using these tools below, my students will be able to learn conflict resolution skills, how to set boundaries, how to reflect on their actions and make changes, and participate in role playing to build their relationship skills, and experience personal growth in their academics. My students have told me that by participating in our skills groups, they have learned skills to better manage the difficult aspects of their lives. Without the ability to work through their challenging circumstances, they are not able to be academically successful in school. With the support of the tools below, they will be more able to easily talk about their feelings, their academic skills will grow, and they will appreciate knowing they are not alone in their mental health challenges.
