Students will have the opportunity to explore the scientific process through hands-on activities through exploration-based learning. Students will be able to test hypotheses and engage in rich conversations. Understanding the scientific method is very valuable in understanding perseverance, which is a skill that students can carry into their lives and in any situation. Having science materials like science kits, owl pellets, microscopes, etc, that are accessible is necessary to prepare our students for careers in science, technology, engineering, and math. It is also a way to explore the many questions that students have about the world around us.
