Allowing each child to have their own set of manipulatives for hands-on learning activities help increase their knowledge of phoneme to grapheme. The books will improve the students' reading fluency and will allow them to have books on their reading level. Students will also have books to read when they move on to their next reading level. Providing students with one-to-one hands-on math manipulatives allows students to understand that a number represents an amount. The seat sacks will help keep them organized and allow for easier school-to-home communication.
