Some of my materials are used to decompress and lower stress levels. My students will have the option to take some of these materials home with them or always carry it with them to destress where ever they may be. I will use the board games to unify and connect my students. Building stronger interpersonal relationships and building confidence in friendships. The light projector will help us study the galaxy and relax the class at the same time. There are healing effects and mindfulness and meditation tools that we can use with these projector as well.
